While every precaution is taken, I acknowledge that illness, stress, or minor injuries may occur and that any necessary veterinary care will also be my responsibility. I give permission for photos of my pet to be used for educational or promotional purposes. I understand that severe matting may require shaving and could cause skin irritation or uneven coats, and that grooming may be stopped or sedation used if my pet shows aggression, at my expense.*
