We’re hiring for a full or part-time associate veterinarian, and new grads are welcome! Forest Crossing is AAHA-accredited, Certified Cat Friendly, and readily integrates Fear Free practices into our protocols. We believe in compassionate, collaborative care and have proudly served our community since 2003. We emphasize preventative care, client education, and, above all, our patients’ physical and emotional well-being. We are dedicated to keeping up with all developments in veterinary care and utilize the latest advances in radiology, surgery, and medicine. We offer cold laser, telemedicine, and boarding and grooming services.

We’re looking for an outgoing people person—someone who is willing to get to know our clients and patients and is detail-oriented when it comes to diagnosing and treating their pets’ illnesses and injuries. We have a strong, collaborative team and are dedicated to not only our patients’ well-being but our staff members’ as well.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with our wonderful clients and their pets, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries
  •  Perform surgical procedures as needed
  • Educate and counsel our clients about best practices in well-pet care
  • Provide core vaccinations to our patients
  • Interpret diagnostic tests, including radiograph and ultrasound studies (telemedicine available)

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree
